Well, rough week for me but I followed my plan.  Enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner with a tiny taste of some things and my turkey (packed with protein).  Then my 50th birthday so out to dinner with friends on Friday.  Had scallops and a little bit of roasted veggies. THEN had a wedding last nite.  PHEW!  Had chicken and tiny amount of roasted veggies. No rolls, butter, hor doerves, dessert, alcohol, etc.
So I weigh myself this morning and lost a pound!!  You CAN go out and have fun as long as you stick to your plan as much as possible.  I LOVE my sleeve!!!

Good job! I survived my first sleeved Thanksgiving with an overall loss too. Just stuck to meats and stayed away from potatoes stuffing, pies, etc.

The date of your birth makes it clear
You've survived yet another good year,
And your age is one more
Than it had been before—
What the hell! Happy birthday, my dear!

If it feels good, do it!  And if it smells good, eat it!
