My Mom is here visiting and she made Monkey Breaddddd!!!!....I tried a piece 1st time ever...I hope the kids eat it all and it won't be made again!!!!! Unless there is a house full....It's tooo tasty!!!

mmmmhhh monkey bread, or monkey brains as we used to call it as kids. Golden nuggets of ooey gooey goodness. Can't eat it now but remember it fondly.

The way we used to make it is, you take biscuits (popNfresh kind for eazyness) or cinnamon rolls, cut into little pieces, roll them in brown sugar (or cinnamon and regular sugar) and plop them in an oven proof glass bowl and sprinkle in dried fruits if you like between the plops and it bakes up like that. 

Ours was not fried, but definitely sugar bread.
