I tried SF creamer a few times...yuck! I decided that for me, I wanted to enjoy my one cup of coffee in the morning..I drink it with full fat, real sugar, french vanilla creamer, and I don't skimp...I use about 4 TBSP. And if I go to DD, I get my fave blueberry coffee, light and sweet....
I don't drink Coolata's or stuff like that anymore, though, and I don't have multiple cups of coffee...later in the day, I choose green tea, plain.
So far, so good....my weight loss has been great..and I get to enjoy my one cup. To make a workable lifestyle, there are trade offs....and you have to decide where you can indulge and where you might prefer to restrict to make a balance....

I don't use sweetners for my coffee postop; I make protein coffee instead. I find that my protein powders are sweet enough so I put a scoop of two in 16 to 22 oz of coffee and, depending on what protein you use, that may yield half or more of your protein requirements for the day!!!
