6 months 89 pounds down

HI Everyone,
 

 I love my sleeve!!  I am 6 months and 6 days out and down 89 pounds.  I have pictures on my profile, I am not good with posting them to the pages. SORRY!

I hope everyone is doing great?!  For those of you that have not had the surgery yet, and are scared, it is only natural to be scared. I was, in fact 15 minutes before my surgery, I did not want to go through with it.  But, I have not looked back a day since after my surgery.

I did not have any issues with my surgery, or after.  I still don't have any problems.  There are some days I am so busy espeically now, that I have forgotten to take my multi vitamin, or gotten enough protein in.

But, other then that, I walk everyday with my dogs off leash, and I have more enegry then I have had in a LONG time.  I can go up and down stairs without breathing heavy, I just feel like I can do MORE!!!

I also, love that my clothes fit, I wore a t shirt the other day a friend got for me years ago, I was never able to wear it until the other day.

I went from a 4x to a 1x in shirts and a 4x in pants to a 2x right now, but I need to go to the store today, because I think that is going to be a 1x too.

Congratulations on your great success and new found energy and health. You have given yourself the best holiday present!
I had surgery  about the same time and have been very pleased with the results and the shrinking clothes!

Congratulations on such an outstanding weight loss!! What a transformation in your pictures! You look so small on top, I think you should try an XL instead of a 1X! Regardless, you must FEEL so much better. Thanks for posting!

Congratulations!! You look great & happy! I'm hoping 6mos out I will be down so many pounds!!! Great feeling isn't it :)

I am in the same place will be my 6 month on the 23 and I have loss 91 pounds. Lets keep it up. Way to go and you look great.

Thanks everyone for all teh wonderful replies. And Dottie I will try that XL.  I will so freak out if I can fit in the extra large.  

The only thing that stops me from trying a smaller shirt, is my tummy, I have the tummy sag thing going on. 

So, I am hoping that the extra large shirt will work.

   You are look fabulous and so happy.  Love the new pictures and so proud of your uploading them, lol!   Keep up the great work and definitely try that xl top, you may surprise yourself! I'm going to look through my closet as I'm constantly changing top sizes and see what I have and let you know on fb.  Merry Christmas!
