OBX is finally on the losers bench had surgery 12/23

Took a break from the boards to focus and get the job done. Really needed and wanted to get surgery done in this year for the deductible.

Came home late last night, dr felt that I could control my pain and nausea at home since I was a nurse. Came home in excruciating pain but now have my nausea and pain meds under control so feel ok.

Gotta read through the posts to see what to expect the next few days. Any tips appreciated

Merry Xmas. I believe that I have given myself the best Xmas present ever minus feeling like doo-doo right now.

What a great present to give yourself. Just rest and work on your fluids. Walking and a heating pad works wonders on the gas pain.
