just had to say it. i have the dvds and just started doing the 20 min express. too uncoordinated to do it the first time but made myself keep moving and trying and burnrd those calories.

second time i was able to do a few steps. also not quite as worn out. each time it gets 5% easier. working my wy up to the 60 min dvds.

i am very proud of myself.

just get up and move fast and hard for 20 minutes. it will work wonders.

ZUMBA is the best!!!  I have been at it for about 2 months now via my gym and love it!  I have taken it with various instructors which keeps it interesting.  I decided one of the reasons I love it is because I get to dance and look silly without all the bs of a club atmosphere.  Yep Zumba is a must in my workout routine!

It is like my whole life revolves around Zumba--I love it so. I am up to 6 hours a week--it has liberated me.

zumba is a Latin dance workout. You can get DVDs, the game for wii or take classes. It is tough but fun! And best workout out there. 20 minutes and I am a sweat machine.

Look it up. U will love it

I did zumba before and after my surgery and I love it. Upbeat, fun, can be done at any level. I much prefer the group classes... Getting picked on by the regulars and instructors help motivate me to go every week.
