What did you do for exercise 1/1/12?

I walked 1.6 miles with my DH. Plan to do some WiiFit after I complete my laundry. I hula hoop for 30 minutes.

I did 22 minutes of fast walking on the treadmill, then walked my dog :-)

Exercise bike for 30 minutes, few reps with arm weights.

I always go the yoga class that I love, love, love on Sundays at 4, but I skipped it today to finish my massive walk-in closet cleaning project.  I didn't burn to many calories, but I did throw away 2 trash bags of clothes, and load 5 bags up in the car to take to Goodwill.  Also, I boxed up two boxes to mail to someone who needs a wardrobe boost.

Back to regular exercise after today, though.  In general, I lift weights, am doing C25K, take yoga classes and force myself to do Bob Harper's Kettle Bell workout if I skip the gym.

 Lets see - I havent gotten out of my pj's all day and am watching trashy tv! Plan to get back on the exercise wagon tomorrow. I really slacked off the last 10 days. Doing great with my eating, fluids, and vitamins but exercise is always a struggle. My goal this year is to be more diligent with my exercise program. Wish me luck!

  Vigorious dancing for 45 minutes to an hour. I am under the weather but hoping to hit the gym on my last vacation day tomorrow for two hours.

I'm just getting over a cold and I've been taking  it easy  I did 45 minutes on the eliptical but no lifting today.  I will start back with strength training tomorrow.

The gym that I belong to, had a special schedule today. This morning I did a 45 min Spin class, followed by a 40 minute TRX class. Good workout and great way to start the new year.

 i did a short treadmill walk/jog of 0.5 miles (12 minutes) and jogged for 5 1/2 of those minutes, walked for the remainder. 

typically i do 25 minutes walk/jog (1 mile) but was feeling under the weather today.

My gym was closed today so I went ice skating for over 2 hours and burned 1,300 calories. It's only 8pm but dead tired and going to bed now..lol
