Does Crystal light count as a water serving?

Past dieticians have told me tha****er, tea, coffee (decaf), and crystal light are all considered under water intake. Is this true with VSG as well?

Yes. I love water, but sometimes in the evening, I use crystal light to break it up- especially if I am short on ounces and need to get one more glass in before bed.

Yes Yes Yes if it was not for crystal light I could not imagine how I would get my water but totally yes my dieticians told me so...take care Susi
