I've gone 3 and 1/2 years without trying these CHEESE crisps!!!...But low and behold tried them this afternoon after reading the post here!!...OMG they are good.... Smoked gouda and  extra old!! DELISHES!! Oh and of course  my daughter tries and she loved them too...I had my cheese measured...It's like get your finners off the goods!!!..LOL...A new treat in our house!!

OK, ok.... I've heard enough about these!  I'm sold!  As soon as I'm cleared for regular food, I've gotta try them.  If your kid loves them, that's always a good sign that they are indeed tasty.  (Then again, my 1 1/2 year old eats playdough...sooooo....)

Did you use the microwave or oven?

Nutshell:

Lost 140 lbs with VSG. (Hooray!!)

got pregnant  (yeaaaa!)  

got cancer (boooo!)

regained 40 lbs.   (grrrr!)

In summary: Alive & Grateful.

J..It's the cheese you keep in the fridge and microwave it on parchment paper for about 30 seconds!!..Bring it out and let cool, comes right off the paper! Too tasty!!!

I cannot wait till I am able to try to make these. I was telling my husband about them and it sounds so delicious! I thank this site for teaching me all sorts of new stuff! Now if I only can get my siggy to work....

Oh ...haven't tried the gouda...

I love the Parmesan ones.
