LND: 2oz turkey/beef meatballs, 2T spaghetti, 2T spaghetti sauce, garlic bread
LNS: waaaay too much, 1/4 piece low sugar low fat torte, about 12 chocolate covered pretzels

Today is a new day!

B: protein hot chocolate
S: greek yogurt
L: 2 oz baked turkey
S: 2 hard boiled egg whites
D: 2 oz pork country ribs
S: herbal tea

water: half done
vitamins: yep
exercise: 30 minutes yoga, 30 minutes core

B: protein iced coffee my own concoction and it was super yummy!
S: fat free cheese crisp crackers (i cook them longer) with low fat bacon bits in them
L: 2.2 oz ham and a slice of muenster cheese
S: babybel light wedge
D: 2 oz roast beef (oscar mayer carving board)
S: don't know if I will have tonight I don't usually have anything after dinner

water: about 60oz so far, looking at 100 oz for day
vits: only calcium so far
exercise: i bowl on mondays

L1: 1/2 Quest protein bar 10 grams protein
L2: Protein shake 40 grams
D: planning pork chops 2oz
S: I dunno, maybe 7 almonds

Water: 8 cups so far shooting for 12
Vitamins: easy peasy
Exercise: Having to give up the gym as hubby still can't find a job sooooooo...Walk Away The Pounds, I'm back.

After a major carb day yesterday, i decided to have lots of protein today.

B: egg whites, turkey sausage, little bit of mozz cheese
S: coffee, roasted edamame
L:  1/2 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cup or so chicken salad
S: cottage cheese
D: 2.5 oz skinless rotisserie chicken, 1/2 cup spinach (mm with garlic)
S: I'll blow my  relatively low carb day with probably a cliff bar before my workout and an orange and a protein shake for my evening snack.

Water/vites - good, check!
Exercise - aiming for 90 min of spin tonight.
