My evening cravings...

I get these cravings in the evenings. It's gotta be head hunger. I found that drinking a warm cup of herbal tea does the trick (not always, but for the most part). There are so many flavors available and all zero calories. Yum! My current favorite flavor is Bengal Spice by Celestial.

Just thought I'd share.

I love Bengal Spice!!  Herbal tea helps a lot for me too if I'm feeling like I want something.   I also have a glass of skim milk with sugar free chocolate syrup every night to get extra protein and fluids, which is nice treat and fills me up.

I'm sitting here sipping on Celestial Seasonings Orange Spice (of course laced with Benefiber! LOL). It's a great treat and a nice departure from always drinking water!

The teas sound like a good idea.  Especially in cold weather, I have a hard time drinking cold things.  I need something to keep me warm.

A sugar free Popsicle takes my cravings away. It's my dessert in the evening.

I drink a chai tea latte with splenda and lite vanilla soy milk.  It saves me every time.

I don't seem to like herbal tea or decaf so a co worker told me about white tea, it is the same a green tea just earlier stages of the plant. Very mild tasting and I love it, counts towards my water. Cup, teabag and water I don't add anything.
