Bad reaction to blueberries (or maybe fiber pills) too?
So, if you've been following my posts, you know that I was in the emergency room for stomach pains related to the flu in December. Then, I confirmed my "allergy" to avocados last Friday- eating even a tiny amount gave me HORRIBLE stomach pains.
Today, I had 2 ounces of ground turkey and 1/4 cup of blueberries for lunch, preceeded by 2 fiber gummies (I had been having fiber gummies 3 times a day prior to today). Anyways, within 30 minutes of the blueberries, I started feeling AWFUL! Horrible stomach pains followed by the big D. It started feeling better after an hour, and now 2.5 hours later I just have mild stomach discomfort.
I wonder if it's the blueberries or the fiber pills? I don't really want to try either ever again :(
