counting carbs, fat,sugars
does anyone know how many carbs, fats and sugars we should be consuming per day? I know I should get 70 grams of protein a day. but i am unsure of the rest , I am trying to edit myfitness pal goals to what i should be having so I can make sure i'm not going over on carbs, fats, and sugars, thanks for any help

I do remember that the weight loss phase of my program was only 400-600 calories a day and as FEW carbs as possible. . . almost none, till you get to goal, and then the nutritionist gives them back to you. 80-120 oz. of water every day, too.
