Another day in VSGland... hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday.

B: none (bad, I know)
L: 2.5 oz buffalo chicken dip with 5 chips
S: greek yogurt, herbal tea
D: 2.5 oz pork chop, 2T veggies
S: 1 T peanut butter

water: half done
vitamins: yes
exercise: really need to get motivated and get down in the basement and do a DVD

ETA: got my exercise after all... took the doggies for a walk and they loved it!

I'm taking it easy on my stomach today.
Yesterday was a social day where I went with my little pack of friends to two different restaurants. Did pretty well - half a cheese omelette, avocado and tomato, rosemary new potatoes then a couple bites of a warm bread pudding with vanilla sauce. Did get in all my protein and liquids yesterday. Athough went over my 600 calorie a day average stayed under 1000 and did a lot of walking. However, had an issue that has been building for about four days that I think bruised and strained my innards. So, today, had the lovely soft scrambled eggs with cheese and the rest of the day I plan on drinking protein and fruit shakes. Think I might start adding fish oil to my supplements tomorrow.
