DISCLAIMER: I'm slowly transitioning into maintenance. Since I can't eat more (tiny tummy) I'm eating more caloric foods and 3 snacks a day. I don't recommend this as a model for weight loss!

LND: White Chicken Chili 1/3 cup
LNS: 1 T of natural almond butter

B: 36 gram protein shake + 8 oz skim milk
S: 1/2 Apple Pie Quest Bar
L: 3 oz plain greek yogurt with fruit I put in
S: 40 gram protein shake
D: Turkey Chili +/- 1/3 cup
S: Honey mustard soynuts, 1/5 cup (3 tablespoons)

Water: 72 oz down, shooting for 96
Vitamins: Easy peasy
Exercise: "Sweatin' to the Oldies 2" I think

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
