I am 7.5 months out. How much I can eat varies depending on what I eat. For example, i can finish an entire 5.3oz greek yogurt in one sitting, because it's so soft. But for dense protein, I can't eat more than 3 oz at a sitting (sometimes less).

L: white chocolate raspberry protein shake (tasted sinful, but awesomely good for me!)
D: my family is taking me out to celebrate me hitting my first goal weight a few weeks ago. I'm thinking Outback, which means Ahi Tuna! (so addicted!!)

Exercise: went on a walk with my dog, not as long as planned because it's so damn cold outside!

Today I was relesed to full liquids, so I had a few spoonfuls of cream of chicken soup (avoiding the chunks). Outside of that, protein shakes and fruit flavored hot teas. :)
