I'm pre-op with surgery on Thursday. I have started my weight loss journey with my first 10 lbs lost on the pre-op liquid diet. I had my struggles but I stuck with it. Here's to shrinking my liver!!!!

Congrats, I started my LSD yesterday so far so good 13 more days to go

I had some stomach cramps last night about 3am last bout an hour

but I'm good now just hungry getting ready to have a shake! Good Luck
