Liquid splenda
erythritol
unsweetened coconut flakes
unsweetened almond milk
thickenthin not starch
Do you get everything at whole foods or have you bought some things at walmart or do you just order everything online? TIA for your responses in case I don't answer right away I have to work tonight.

Almond milk, all splenda items, and coconut flakes we have at our local grocery stores.  Arrowroot powder (non starch thickener) I can only find online.  I get my xylitol and erythritol at  a local health food shop in town.

I haven't used liquid Splenda, just reg- store
Erythritol- same, but Netrition has it- so that's where I'd get it- I place an order about once every 3mo
Coconut- same- Netrition or the organic/baking isle
Thickenthin- never tried- is is good? Netrition has it, never seen it in stores, but haven't looked.. I use glucomannan powder.
Almond milk- grocery store, I use silk unsweetened almond or almond breeze- whatever they have.

I have never tried the thickenthin. this new website I found has some recipes that calls for it. I'll check out one of our more expensive grocery stores here in the organic section for the other stuff. Well where do you get the glucomannan powder?

Netrition.com as well!
I get most of my stuff there, vites, protein snacks, protein powder etc.. other fun nibbly stuff.. flavorings for my home-made shakes (and future experimental protein SF ice cream!).. health food, probiotics, lo-carb foods, gluten free.. the works.

I have purchased Arrowroot from Kroger.  It's in a "fancy" = "expensive" jar/container in the seasonings aisle.
