Started at 272 couldn't wait to hit onderland hit 199 I think 2 weeks ago . Stepped up my water trying to get to 64oz get about 52 oz but it must be working got on the scale this morning and it read 191 now I can't wait to get out of the 90's my personal goal is 150. Good luck to everybody I love my sleeve

OH that is awesone... I just went under 250   not very glamorous, but I started pre op diet at 290   was 273 at surgery so... every bit counts... now 248   I was so excited to hit THAT...  now onward to meet you!!!  What an awesome feeling...  !!  I found water to help a lot...  but I have a hard time.  I used to drink more than 60 a day.. easily... now it tastes terrible.. as most drinks to... sigh  so I flavor,and block my nose!
