Trader joes has a good sublingual. Yes, it goes under your tongue and dissolves quickly.
Be sure that your calcium is citrate. Some of us find that the pills are hard on our sleeves. I have to be sure to eat something first. I still enjoy the Bariatric Advantage chocolate chews. If you happen to be a Kaiser patient, you get free shipping.
If your vitamin has iron in it, you have to wait two hours before the calcium.
Your body can't absorb more than 500mg of calcium at a time. It needs to be taken two hours apart. I take 500mg 3x a day, two hours apart.

I do sublingual B12 and the Calcium Citrate Chewy Bites from Bariatric Advantage. Be sure to load your multivitamins in your food journal. My votamins account for 70 calories a day, the 4 chewy bites make up 65 of that. They are 15 cals a piece and the caramel is 20 cal. Thats why some Nuts are against them.

I take a liquid calcium...its Wellesse Calcium and vit D. 2 tblsp per day is 1000 mg and its citrate. The best part is it tastes like an orange julius! My nut approved it so I was happy to not have to take calcium pills all day. I get it thru Amazon and get 2 bottles for $10-11. Walmart used to have it for $6.97 per bottle but they are inconsistent in whether they carry it or not.
