food & water tracker apps... anyone use one?

I just had a thought that if I could track my water intake and food on my iphone, since I pretty much do everything else on there..., it would be a really good idea. And even though surgery is a ways off, it would be good practice to start keeping up with it now. PLUS I'm I'm sure it would startle me how much I eat now and how much water I'm not drinking... Might make me more thoughtful of at least the water intake.

Do any of you use an app and if so, which one? And what does it do?

Does it track water as well? It doen't mention it on the info and I found fatsecret.com and their app doesn't mention water either. :(

Yes, can track water. I added s food group for water so I could track in other than cup increments
