Need to lose 6 pounds by 5/16
OK veterns....
I need to drop 6 pounds by my pre-op appt on 5/16. I have already lost 4 just not eating sweets and portion control/good food choices. Yesterday I told myself that I needed to do something different to get the 6 pounds off.
I am shooting for 1000 cal / day with very low carb and walking as much as possible.
I need more ideas. I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse so I need to eat something for energy. I need some portable snack ideas / small meal ideas.

Try Atkins or Southbeach for the 2 weeks. You normally lose atleast 8 to 14lbs in that timeframe. Southbeach you can look at the plan free online. (southbeach phase 1 plan - I think)
VSG on 04/16/12
Two protein shakes (Premiere is the best!) and one small healthy meal. Lots of water.
