I'm scheduled for my VSG on May 17th with Dr. Alvarez and starting my liquid diet next week. I'm starting to get excited about my new journey.

Dr. Alvarez is a really nice guy.

Make sure that you get up and walk asap... I will repeat.. No matter how you feel, get up and walk down that hall of the hospital asap. I did it and was great. My Sleeve Sister didn't and left the hospital feeling and looking less well.

Toomorrow will be one week since I was sleeved by Dr Alvarez. Let me just tell you, the guys is simply amazing. You will NOT be disappointed. He and his staff are top notch and the care and compassion you will receive will not be matched anywhere else! Let me know if you have any questions or concerns I can help you with.
