I will be following your posts on the other boards. we have such a similar journey! I REALLY WANT TO HEAR MORE ABOUT THIS 10 K traing you are doing. Sorry about the typing. On my ebook at 30,000 feet lol. Have you done a five K yet? Do you run outside? Do you plan to run the entire 10K? Or wzlk run? Keep the faith. People are nothing if not predictable in nature. It will come full circle. Cheers Donna

I too will very much miss you. You have been a voice of reason here and a great example for the rest of us. But I agree with Happy - take care of yourself first. And come back when you are ready to share some more of your wisdom.

I refuse to say good-by, just so long.  I am hopeful that after a much needed break, you will drop by once in a while and say hi to us.  I do understand where you are coming from, and I too have taken breaks from this board, once formally and a few times informally.  Sometimes it just gets to be too much.  Enjoy the time and get into just enough trouble to keep life interesting.  You will always be missed here and welcomed any time with open arms and gigantic hugs.  You have given so much to so many and I am sure you will continue to give of yourself, just in another way.  Take care of yourself.

New to site since Feb., surgery in mid-Feb. unable to get on often, but when I did, I looked for the iconic Aces--including your 'whatcha eating' post--they have helped me to put demystify some of challenges I have in eating a variety of food.  Best wishes to you and thank you for your contributions.

I always enjoy your words of encouragement and your wisdom. I love the "what are you eating today vsgers" and I look forward to reading it everyday so that I can get ideas to add to my menus.

Ive been noticing a lot of strange and interesting posts on here lately too.

Enjoy your break....but don't take too long of a holiday!

Blessings,
Stayce

I will also miss your daily posts...good luck with your 10k training and hopefully after your break you will stop by from time to time to visit and offer advice.  Please know that there are many newbies who listen and take all of the advice to heart.

Yup.....

Some wack thinking going on......

Very sad actually.......

I had a long reply to this but just deleted it because it is pretty much like taking sand to the beach.......

I'll just back-up Ms. Poker Face and confirm I see the same things.....plus some very out spoken pre-ops.

When it becomes unhealthy to your own journey........it ain't worth it......gotta step back.....

Some people come on here expecting support and want it delivered on their terms......yah...OK.....
