Bathing Suit Shopping SUCKS!

 So I've lost over 70lbs since last summer, needless to say none of my bathing suits fit.  I head to the mall today in search of a new one.  I knew I wanted board shorts for the bottoms.  No problem $10 at Old Navy, but every single Old navy tankini top left the girls spilling out everywhere.  Aparently most size 14/16 girls don't have huge bazingas!

Then went to Kohls, same issue.  Finally figured ok I have to suck this up and go to LB.  Went there, they have suits in bra sizes but none in the 38DDD I need.  The 40DD looks like a billowing dress (who knew 2" would make such a difference) and the 38D, was just as comical but with me about to flash a bunch of people.  AT this point I'd tried on around 15 tops and looked horid in every single one.

Decided to try Target (I'm not trying to spend a ton of $ on something that will probably fit for a month).  Tried on another 6 suit tops and finally got one that didn't have me exposing the girls.  It's not fantastic but at least it covers everything.

I know that Victorias Secret sells bathing suit tops in bra sizes but I couldn't bring myself to spend $60+ on something that won't fit long.  But is that where people with big breasts go after they've reached goal?  I don't see this as a problem that's going to go away without surgery, so I'm wondering what I do when I have F boobs in a size 8 body.

Sound like no fun - sorry!  I wear a 38 i - so I feel your pain!   

 So really besides surgery, what do you do?  

I'm totally gonna get the girls reduced and lifted.  I want to get close to goal so that they will be a good size - if you get it in while losing they get smaller as you lose and then you might be disappointed because they're too small (at least for what you're wanting).

 

 My b00bies arent that big but they are all pure saggy skin and when I tried shopping for swim suit tops, they just spill out every where - so I feel ya. Im going to Vegas in a week, and I might be stuck with my actual swim suit that gives me a uni boob look. 

 I recently bought me a red "firm contorl" one piece from Walmart, it's so flattering and it's not a maw maw one piece it's super cute! It was $33. And for the girls, it had enough support but they were moderately covered but enough to still say it was "sexy"

 I know moobies (I joke that I have a cups inside my D-cups, LOL), not boobies - but I can commiserate with ya on sucky shopping experiences.  Keep looking you'll find the right one.

Just look forward to next summer when you're doing your own swimsuit shoot!  Buy ya a nice bathing suit for that one!

 I think to have a hot bathing suit bod I'd need a fair bit of plastic surgery!  

 I only wish I had boob issues like that...but I do have a bit. I bought a new swimsuit at Fashion Bug. It fits well and has fitted bra top. And not too expensive if you use coupons. I really didn't want to spend a bunch of money on something I would "out grow" soon anyway. We just came back from a beach vacation and I was suprised how pleased I was with the suit. Just a thought. I went to goodwill and spent $4. I am 36-38 DD. I guess I got lucky. I also found some bra's with the tags still on. $2 each. go to thrift stores and buy name brand and pretend you are at the mall. i took my 21 year old daughter with me and we had a great time. I actually needed everything. I bought too much and spent $128. but i got all name brand stuff cheap. you have to spend time and really look for quality stuff but it's there. just think where did you take all your stuff? now my closet has things in it I can wear!!
