Loving my sleeve!

I'm finding myself having the confidence and energy to do things Iv'e never done before. Yesterday me and my best friend (who had the gastric bypass last year) actually went out and had a hour massage. Before the sleeve I was to ashamed of my body and didn't have the energy to go. Even though I'm not no where near my goal weight I'm not where I use to be. Just felt like sharing with my OH family! Enjoy your holiday weekend everyone!

 I know exactly how you feel. I have only lost 22 lbs and I feel fantastic! I have a long way to go but I'm off to a great start. Before surgery, I could only walk one block without stopping. My breathing is better and so is my sugar levels. I am happy to be sleeved!!!! You enjoy your holiday!!
