at goal with before and after pics

I did not have time to add these earlier, so here are before and after pics. Also, I have included my weight history by the week. I am 1 lb below goal at 144 lbs. I started in a size 18/20 pants and today, I put on a size 6! And I have gone from a 2-3 xxl shirt to a small/medium.
