Stage 3 - Here we go!

I just got done shopping for all my Stage 3 food.  The first thing I am attempting to eat is some Light Laughing Cow Swiss cheese.  It's really soft and I think it will work well.  However, I am still getting over the "grits incident" of last week, so I'm nervous to experiment with new foods.  I took a bite and I'm waiting a good 15 minutes before the second bite.  I want to make sure it's going to settle.

SF pudding and cottage cheese go down the best for me. I am having a hard time with soups.

If you like mexican food, then try refried beans with queso mixed in to make it more creamier. I was able to do that for about 3 wks before my stomach said...um...no..LOL! May work for you better than it did for me. Also try the Campbell Soup at hand soups...they work good too.

Congrats on making it to this stage and enjoy getting some texture and flavor back into your life!  You've got the right attitude - experiment and take it slow!!
