Awesome Tuna Patty recipe

Hi There - I just made a really good tuna patty from a recipe card I found.  I DID NOT make up the recipe and am not claiming I did....

1 can light tuna in water
1/8 cup breadcrumbs
2 T shredded parm
2 T sr cream

Made 2 patties from it and then pan cooked them in a skillet (sprayed with Pam first)
NI from MFP per patty
148 cal
7 carb
6 gat
17 protein

Thoughts??  I ate it and it was good.  Probably gonna become a common meal from me.  OMG Yum!

Sounds good. Will have to try it, I have lots of tuna in the pantry!

Sounds good.  I am a tuna fan.  Thanks for the receipe.
In the nutrition did you mean 6 grams fat?

Yep 6 grams of fat, but I did not use low fat or light anything.  I didn't have any at home.

Sounds great, may try it with greek yogurt instead of the sourcream and less bread crumbs, then again I don't have any bread products in the house!

Can you use Soy Flour instead of the breadcrumbs, do you think?

Can bulk it up and maybe get 4 patties out of it by adding some diced red bell pepper and onion

Sounds good. I agree with Could, I would bulk it up with some veggies. Could even use some turnips for a little crunch. I bet it would also be good with whole wheat bread crumbs, but that's not on my plan just yet.
