Something other than Butter Buds

Any of you out there have any suggestions for something other than Butter Buds I can use to sprinkle on my food for a little flavor?  All suggestions are welcome!

Try "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" Spray............. It actually isn't bad at all! It's NI is different than the tubs or sticks. When I eat healthy it is a must for my broccoli.

I love ICBINB also. There are different dried herbs, Mrs Dash, garlic powder and other things you can try too.  Maybe some of that powdered ranch dressing packet, I don't have one in front of me but I don't think that has much calories.

 It is mostly about volume. A tablespoon of ICBINB has about the same calories as 1 T country crock butter. The catch is in what is considered a serving. You also have the chemicals so I prefer to use a small amount of unsalted real butter.

Considering how little food we intake, I'd do real fats. I have never used anything low-fat unless I preferred the taste (like mini Babybel Lights..) We need some fat in our food, it is an important part of our diet- and unless you are melting butter and dipping lobster into it- you won't have but a smidge. I had no issue staying around 600-700 with full fat butter in the mix on my foods.
