I'm sorry but don't give up.  I'm not talking about increasing calories but carb cycling.  Like you'd do per day 80 carbs for a week than drop it to 50 or 100 than drop it to 50.body builders do this and it works..It seems to work for the people on that show.  Still get the thyroid checked and find out a body fat percentage.  Really BMI doesn't matter if your where your suppose to be body fat wise.  It could be that your body is good where it is.

I was on the same path, gained 10 lbs and tried everything to get it off.  I was eating too much fat, and too much food.  Started exercising on the treadmill and stationary bike; eating more eggs, WW cheese, reduce cal wheat thins, fruit like berries, watermelon, and apple.  I am drinking more water, like 100 oz, with orange tang like crystal light, herbal tea, and I am eating shrimp, steak or roast, tuna 1/2 cup with a tablespoon of Lite Best Foods Mayo, and boiled egg with same mayo.

Don't give up, I joined Weight W...chers to have the weekly accountability, weekly thoughts of motivation, and so far, i have lost over 3 lbs since Sunday.

Drink water, water, water.....  Are you going to meetings?  Did you get a binder to follow?

Let me know how you are.

I am losing very slowly after revising, as well.  I think it's partly because my body has lost it's bulk of weight already, and because I am not 100% on plan.  I am getting better and now I am exercising a lot, so hopefully, we can both see results and get that last 30 off!!

Does anyone know exactly how carb cycling works?  I wanted to know an exact number so I can stick to it completely.

Since they can't put your stomach back in you have no choice but to keep on doing what you need to do forever.

Good Luck.
