But dayyyyyyyyyyyyuuummmm.... I can see why there is so many morbildy obese people about. All the buffets and all u can eat resturants!!!. I see a lot of people struggling with their bodies because of thier weight at the theme parks!!! I don't want to go back to this life ever again!!!...So I will get my carby regain off!!! OHHHH and the portion sizes are horendous here!!!!

We had lunch at Chik-fil-a and the side salad was scrumptious!!..But, Chris and Kait had their nuggets and chicken strips and salads. So, they decided to have a small ice cream...It was like 1/2 a litre of ice cream!!!

I ate too much fatty/carby **** and not exercise! ( My Expirence) (O;...But, we don't have to deal with all the all you can eat buffets...Or I may of ended 500 pounds not 300lbs!!

Also, although the portions here aren't as big as in the US, they're still WAY too big! Our obesity epidemic isn't quite as bad as yours, but we're catching up fast. Oh yes - we also have a major coffee culture up here, and it isn't all skinny sf lattes...

Donairs used to be good when living in Nova Scotia....They can't make them right in Calgary!...Poutine..Really Where can ya go wrong!!...Unless the gravy sucks..LOL...Where are you in FL???...I ran out of my two cans this morning :( and two more nornings to wake up with no Timmies!!..LOL

I'm 30 miles or so west of Disney, between Orlando and Tampa. My company's main office is in Detroit, and people will occasionally bring me some. I usually buy my Timmie's through Amazon.

My best friend lives in Halifax, so I've had Donair's 'at the source' so to speak, lol. We'll be in PEI and Halifax in July.

I hate to burst your bubble but the world is Fat it isn't just "America," I assume you are referring to the United States when you say Americans. I think that the problem is the introduction of highly processed low nutrient foods. This is a world problem. As more and more counties adapt to eating a diet high in refined carbohydrates and processed foods you are going to see the rates continue to climb.
