Todays Greek Yogurt Flavor and a warning.
OK, so this weekend I posted about my Chocolate Greek Yogurt experiment - YUMMY.
Today I continued. Again I started with a base of 1 cup of greek yogurt. I added 1 tablespoon of Hersheys Cocoa. I also added about 3 tablespoons of Torani Almond flavored syrup and some splenda to sweeten it up.
I should have added more - the almond taste was subtle and overpowered by the chocolate. I think next time I will see if I can add some coconut flavored syrup to it as well to try and make an Almond Joy Greek Yogurt. Extra YUM.
On the down side - I couldn't find any of the peanut butter syrup loocally. I tried some Peanut Butter extract from WalMart. REVOLTING It tasted like I added lighter fluid. I tried this with Chicken to go for an sesame peanut flavored chicken for dinner last night. INEDIBLE - don't try this one at home kiddies.

Have you tried the PB2? Its my favorite and the gym across from our house just started selling it :)
I was not a greek yogurt fan, but you inspired me to try it again. I took a container of Dannon Oikos plain and added 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder and 2 Splenda - FANTASTIC! It ended up being around 160 calories with 30 grams of protein :)

I haven't tried the PB2 yet. I was planning to in maintenance. Its also one of those things that I can't find locally.

I am 12 pounds out! And was slightly bummed, I have put on about a pound of water in the last day, BOO. My next mini goal is to get to a normal BMI and I am 2.1 lbs away from that. Oh well, this week!

Do you have a Smart & Final in TN? Alison found the PB syrup there.
I still have to get hazelnut to try your Nutella creation but I already have chocolate & coconut so I think I will try the Almond Joy greek yogurt.
Let us know if you think of a yummy combo that includes white chocolate. I bought that flavor recently but haven't tried it yet.
