sleeved and going home soon !

sleeved yesterday,I have sipped and walked like crazy ! Im feeling pretty good. I m so grateful to have such a wonderul surgeon and an amazing program. As soon as my nutritionist comes by, i will be out of here ! To anyone pre-op, I cant recommend walking enough.It has really helped with the gas pain. Good luck to all newbies and a big thank you to all the vets for keeping it real !!

Youre leaving already?! Glad its been so smooth for you! I got sleeved yesterday and should go home tomorrow. Yay!

hey about the gas?do you mean your farting and walking??sorry very confuse??

 lol ,no its not that kind of gas . during surgery they fill  you with air so they can fit their tools and have room to work.your belly will feel like an inflated balloon. walking helps the gas break down. everytime i felt the bloat ,i walked. it helped tremendously ! now ,i will add today (2 days postop)that i have been burping a lot.
