Frisco-Spain/Italy Inspired Breakfast

Although something got lost in the taste.......

Here was my breakfast this morning.......

Jamon Serrano.....Parmesan ....Egg

The Jamon was not as tasty as I had in Spain last week.....(wonder why?) I am in search for a good down home Italian/European Market that sells or makes the for real stuff.....

The concept is sound.......

That's 1.2 oz of Serrano.....

Oh I remember these from Italy - not had the fortune of travel to Spain. Looks to me like you created a spectacular rendition of your own! I don't think the ingredients matter all that much- I'm afraid nothing ever tastes as good as you remember it in Europe. But if anyone can do it, you can!
