When my PCP calls me tiny and tells me I look hot! LOL I had to go in for strep and she practically squealed when she saw me, and yelled HOLY MOLY you are SO tiny! Made my year.

Every day is a good day lately.  I just feel so free.  This is the first summer in so long that has felt good to me.  I can wear whatever (shorts and strappy tank) that I want when it is 95 degrees out.  I have the confidence to take my daughter to the local waterpark.  I can hike, spend 12 hrs on my feet on blacktop in amusement parks, kayak and actually fit in the boat.  The list goes on.  I feel like I was just let out of prison and get to experience really living again.

I guess if one day was an even better day...it would be this past Saturday, when I did a 7.4 mile run, all up and down hills (over 1500 ft of elevation gain according to my garmin).  It took me 95 minutes and I felt like I could've run some more.  Back on April 14 when I started this running thing, I couldn't go five minutes without walking.  So yeah - Saturday was a really good day :)

Tonight I volunteered to talk to the pre-ops at the support meeting.  I felt like I might have made a difference to at least a couple people.

When i work out, my swinging arms don't bounce off my mid-section fat. That used to bug the crap outta me. Now there's no mid-section fat to bounce off of!!

When I can go through the day not having to ignore pain and grit my teeth to just  get through despite meds (I have Fibromyalgia and losing almost 100 lbs has gotten me to a point of being nearly pain free with minimal medication)

When I can wear my youngest daughter's hand-me-downs

When I see my ex husband and he doesn't recognize me (this has happened twice, several months apart.)  Yes he's an idiot (hence the EX husband) but it still feels great!

Actually every day is a good day because I feel like the VSG saved my life!

You know it's going to be a good day when..... you danced until all hours of the morning the night before, feeling beautiful, strong and sexy in your size 14 Children's stretch skinny jeans and high heels.

You know it's going to be a good day when.... you wake up eager to go to the gym because you love the way that four back is coming in on your abdomen and your arms are not being referred to as "guns" by your eight year old son.

You know it's going to be a good day when...... you wake up remembering how your husband kept whispering in your ear all through last night, " I'm the luckiest man at this concert or maybe the whole world". and you believe him.

You know it's going to be a good day when.... you look at the full length mirror in the morning and smile as you watch yourself stretch.

Yeah, it's going to be a really good day.

Life is so good slim that I can hardly believe it. The other day I think some guy flirted with me but I am so unused to it I am not sure.

But i did buy new jeans recently and in the entire rack of my style the smallest size was a 6 and there was only one pair in that size which i bought and they are a little loose.  and i have to dig through the pile of costco jeans to find any small enough. and i posted before about shopping at Ross' in the rack of small sizes and everyone else in that section were young hotties.

I put on an old fat shirt because i was going to do grubby chores and can't believe I was ever so big I filled that thing up. it was a tent.

Yep, life is good at normal weight.
