It really depends on the dimensions your motivator.
I've seen it go as high as a fifth of a piece..... but than were all different.....
I'd have your surgeon jack up the radiator and flush out the rotator......

I don't think supplements would be a direct medical question.....but if I ever had a supplement question related to my labs I'd talk to my surgeon before I talked to my accountant.....
People can ask/post anything they want... it's an open forum......the question would be if it's wise to get medical information on any online forum....
