I will be 6 weeks out Monday .  I have been working out a lot.  I'm getting in all my fluids and proteins.  Taking in very low carbs.  I can see now what everyone talked about how frustrating.   I never at this few calories and worked this hard before surgery and did loose weight.  But doesn't matter. I knew this was apart of this journey. I will keep chugging along.   It been a week since I lost anything.

Keep the faith. Stay on plan. You WILL start losing again. Make sure you're getting ALL your water in, too. Whenever I upped my water to 100 oz a day my weight loss picked right back up. Worth a try and it can't hurt.

Everybody hit a stall.  I hit me at three weeks out.  I lasted a week or so. Don't let this get you down.  Keep going the weight WILL come off.

Stalls are part of the jurney. When I stall my body loses inches even tho the scale doesn't move. Stay on plan and you will do great. best, Sharon
