All I can say is OMG...this is so freakin' good!! Bought this at BJ's. Sea Cuisine Tortilla Crusted Tilapia. Comes with 2 fillets. Stats on one fillet: calories: 250 carbs: 25 Protein: 18. The carbs are high for me so I low carbed all day to incorporate this. It is absolutely delicious and very, very filling.
