I love the idea of the Silver Dollar Protein Pancakes. I love pancakes made with cottage cheese!

My aunt used to make cottage cheese pancakes and I loved 'em. Haven't had them in years so I may try them on Sunday. I'll report back.

I've made protein pancakes using either cottage or ricotta cheese and they are delicious. Top with SF syrup...Yummy!

No difference in taste to me. They were both really good
