I totally get the feeling that you are force feeding, but your body needs nutrients and as much protein and water as you can get. Just don't pu**** and damage your sleeve. Honestly, I rarely get up to 600 cals a day, and I see people losing weight much faster than me. So at this point, eating less doesn't help as much as one would think.
...and in the end, you are doing this for yourself. You went through this whole ordeal, wouldn't now be the time to reap the benefits as much as you can?
