Just split a whole head of roasted garlic with the baby (my vacation splurge for today, grown in my own garden!), my husband walked in the house and asked me to open the windows LOL So yummy.

So what's your favorite stinky, but healthy food?

I bet that roasted garlic was yummy. I LOVE garlic. My favorite stinky, but healthy food is: garlic & onions. Oh man, I just LOVE the two.

I wish I could have smelled that garlic at you place. Don't get me wrong, I just love the way garlic smells.

Oh yeah, roasted garlic is a fave for me, too. I also love greens. All kinds- collards, mustard, chard, whatever. And they all stink when you cook them. And they all go well with garlic. Extra stinky, FTW!

I feel ya, my friend. Liquids are....well, liquids. I am transitioning to full liquids at least, so that opens a few new flavor options. I'm pretty excited to get cream soups instead of broth!

Blue cheese. It can never be "too stinky".. no cheese can.

& yes, I consider cheese a health food.

So do I.  I have a giant wedge of Jarlsburg close at hand at all times :)

Pre-op it was Doritos. Dorito breath will last three brushings and a floss, I swear.

I loves me some garlic. When I make roasted veggies, I add more garlic than may be legal without a permit. And onions. Roasted onions. With garlic on them. Yum....
