Tired of the mushies! I'd rather not eat. Any one?

 I am so over soups and chicken salad. Puddings and jello. What to do? I'll be cleared for regular food on September 15th. Can't wait!!! Once I'm cleared for regular food will there be any struggles with eating? Anything helps!

Once your cleared for regular foods---go slow. I would introduce 1 new item at a time. You can run into foods that don't do well.  Very individual.

I was going to recommend Eggface, too. She has some great recipes. If you like cauliflower, I made a yummy mushy the other day. Take one head of cauliflower, chop it up and steam the florets until they are soft. Put the steamed florets, about a cup of plain Greek yogurt (I use Fage) and a cup of low fat cheese (I used pecorino romano) and ma**** all together until uniformly mushed and mixed. Then just pop a little in the microwave when you want to eat. Yummy!
