Once your cleared for regular foods---go slow. I would introduce 1 new item at a time. You can run into foods that don't do well. Very individual.

I was going to recommend Eggface, too. She has some great recipes. If you like cauliflower, I made a yummy mushy the other day. Take one head of cauliflower, chop it up and steam the florets until they are soft. Put the steamed florets, about a cup of plain Greek yogurt (I use Fage) and a cup of low fat cheese (I used pecorino romano) and ma**** all together until uniformly mushed and mixed. Then just pop a little in the microwave when you want to eat. Yummy!
