I feel fat thoughts

Yesterday, all day, I was feeling fat and had those thoughts all day in my head. It is that time of the month- so I know I was bloated but all day I just felt to uncomfortable and self-conscience. After work I had to go to Jc Penny and I got out of the car and my jeans felt tight,   I had a tight shirt on and I was like OH my stomach roll. I was walking up to the building and was looking at myself in the reflection and in my head I said "UGH..I feel so fat...yeah I'm so fat YOUR a size 8 but your fat!" I started laughing at myself.

NOTHING ever prepares you for the war that rages in your head! Hands down the hardest part of this whole experience. I finally for the first time the other day looked at my butt in the mirror and was like "Wow it's flat!" Than I realized what I saw and thought. Like the light bulb went on- meanwhile my butt's been this small for months. But I no longer have a big bubble butt- that I always hated!

Hey gurl, yes I have those feeling fat days all the time. Weird since 120 pounds ago, I didn't think about being fat all the time; I guess because I WAS fat all the time. I went to bed last night feeling fat. I woke up feeling bigger but then I put on my navy flared skirt and it was really loose on me. Mind tricks I tell you!!! I totally get it gurl ... I have those days all the damn time.
BTW, you do look great!!! Any more strip teases for the boy toy????

OMG JENN!! Actually.... YES!!! And of course my usual dork self something happened. We went to Wildwood, NJ and I bought a sexy outfit and had planned on doing a little stripping...well by the second night we were tired , we get back to the motel and we laid on the bed and his eyes were shut and I said something like guess I'll save the sexy outfit for another time since your falling asleep. His eyes popped open "WHAT! NO- I'M AWAKE!! I'M AWAKE!! I'm gonna take a shower be right back." So I get all set up and he comes back, I sit him in the chair, start dancing - Oh yeah he's digging it- so I'm like OH I have the bed so I get on the bed and roll around and stuff and I sit up by the headboard and I throw my arm up over my head and grab the headboard- but it's not the headboard it's the picture over the bed and it almost comes crashing down on me.  I screamed he jumped forward- but I managed to hold it and fix it.
