Car wreck this morning 1 month post op

 Well I had a car accident this morning, sprained ankle(which is no good due to double surgery I had previously on it), and sprained neck, lower and upper back plus head injury. It was totally my fault! O well guess I'll have to lay off the working out for a while. Hope it doesn't affect my progress thus far.

OMG!!  So glad the wreck wasn't worse!  I'm sure your progress will be just fine...just take care of yourself.

If it makes you feel any better, I haven't been able to exercise one bit since surgery due to a ruptured disc in my back , and I've still done quite well. I'm sure I'd be doing even better with exercise, but you'll still make progress. Take care of yourself and take time to heal!

Whatever you do, don't rush back into exercising too soon. Give your body lots of time to heal so you can avoid reinjury and having to stay out longer.
