  As you know I have posted for 3 weeks that I am dizzy. I've started being dizzy on day 2 of the pre-op diet. That was 3 weeks ago. At the same time I started being dizzy I was drinking all the protein shakes And drinking  crystal light and powerade zero. It all has artificial sweeteners in it. As of now Wed night I am not going to consume those items too see if I start feeling better. I am 9 dAys post op and need some suggestions on how to get my protein in. I appreciate any  help as I know I need fluid and protein!
Anyone ever use Jay Robb Protein?  He sweetens with Stevia which doesn't impact me negatively. I don't like Greek yogurt. I appreciate any suggestions!  Thank you!

There is no protein depletion, or for that matter even vitamin deficiency, that occurs in the first month post-op. You will be guided to focus on protein after graduating to purees.

Find a few things you like and stick with them. Stage 1 liquid is all about not getting dehydrated and getting your body into ketosis.
