Still learning 2 years out....
When I got to goal weight, Dr Cirangle told me to change my habits and start weighing daily from now on. He gave me a 3 - 4 pound variance and said once I started creeping up to that 3 or 4 pound gain, to take measures to stop it.
Recently I had gained 7 lbs....oops didn;t listen to him....and he told me to do 3 or 4 days of protein drink only. I had 4 a day (could have had up to 5) and lost 3 lbs immediately and then dieted off the rest over the next month.
I'm back to weighing daily, now. Those 7 lbs were scary....
