hey there oh family, almost 5 months post op ;) quick question

 im 4.5 months post op 75 pounds loss and feeling grrrreat.
i was wondering , when did you feel that your stomache matured (how many months out ) and when did you reach maximum capacity?????
just wondering if this is the way ill be eating from now on.

Hard to say. I am almost 13 months out & I feel like I can eat a lot more than I did at 4.5 months. As long as you stick to dense protein first, you won't be able to consume a crazy amount. I can eat quite a bit of carbs if I wanted to so its best to stick with the good for us stuff first.

 I am 4 years out and I think I reached max at 3 years seemed like at a year I would be eating that way forever but it seemed to increase slowly I just sure hope this is Max I mean truly there I days now that I could eat more and I have to choose to stop so I am still learning
