You survived what you thought would kill you. Now straighten your crown and go forward like the Queen you are!
Well..... if it's a dumb question.... than I'm dumb also cause I wonder the same thing !!!!
My thinking was it's T-Fal...... and it won't stick and I can flip it......as I do prefer over medium......
But......I also like them when I lower the heat after the initial sizzle and cover it to get some convection happening.... that works for me also.... covering the little thing will create good fast oven type heat.
Hah..... now I gotto look for a mini spatula from an "Easy Bake Oven".......or Maybe it's time for my first Easy Bake Oven !!!!

We got a "mini" fry pan years ago from William Sonoma for buying a set of pans when Ron still worked for them. I think it's a 6 or 7 inch pan - not sure, but it's got the normal angled pan sides and it is THE BEST pan for VSG meals. It cooks a one egg scramble and makes it look like a million bucks because you can flip the perfectly round thing in one little swoop. Also, two little chicken tender breast filets fit perfectly for a quick saute. I wouldn't trade that little pan for anything now. Hardly ever used it before VSG. Now it gets used 4-5 times a week!
Hope your Tfal works out. If it doesn't I'll turn you on to the mini All Clad pan we use.
Oh, have you tried adding a TBS of water to the pan when you cover it and cooke the eggs that way? Steams the top beautifully and stops the bottom from getting crispy and tasting metalic. Forget where I learned that, but it's a technique I swear by. Kind of a fry poach style.
I may have to graduate to the Mini All Clad if this works out.......
Ahh.... and the tip about the water/steam !!!!! I'm so trying that...... sounds so right !!!
