Haven't posted in a while....no time...figured I'd update with some pics....all is well...been maintaining at 205(slipped up to 210 after a few cruises but started back running to get it off)

Health is perfect....life is great....any questions, feel free to ask....

Not sure why I looked ticked off......I'm pretty sure I was intent on trying to keep the cat between my legs...lol....wasn't ticked as best I can remember....

Kinda can tell I still have remenants of moobs....and then the wife pushing 'em up doesn't help...

And then a reminder of me before....

Man I was huge.....I haven't looked at those pics in so long.......dag frickin gum.....

EDIT** I do have like 15 of those same shirts....the Ford Mustang club the wife and I belong too....so its about the only tshirt I have lol....

Thanks for posting the pictures, you look fantastic, and you cannot tell you were ever heavy! What an amazing transformation, and when I see your pictures I can see how proud your wife is, and all I can think of is how lucky your kids are you took the leap to have surgery. Mine is in 2 weeks, and my 5 year old knows I am having surgery "to fix my tummy", and he is worried I won't come home from the hospital. I thank you for reminding me, that I will be giving my kids a great gift.

They're my niece and nephew.....the best kind of kids....the ones you can give back to thir parents when they get on your nerves
